Terms and Conditions for Shempark Public School (CBSE)
Welcome to Shempark Public School (CBSE). By enrolling your child at our school, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Enrollment and Attendance a. Students must be enrolled in the appropriate grade level based on their age and academic qualifications. b. Regular attendance is mandatory, and parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s punctual arrival and participation in all scheduled classes and activities. c. The school reserves the right to deny admission or dis-enroll any student who fails to meet the attendance requirements or comply with the school’s rules and regulations.
- Fees and Payments a. Tuition and other applicable fees must be paid by the due dates specified by the school. b. The school reserves the right to impose late payment fees or suspend a student’s enrollment for non-payment of fees. c. Refunds or adjustments to fees will be made at the school’s discretion and in accordance with the school’s refund policy.
- Code of Conduct a. Students are expected to behave in a respectful, disciplined, and responsible manner while on school premises or participating in school-related activities. b. The school has the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, for any behavior that is deemed unacceptable, disruptive, or in violation of the school’s code of conduct. c. Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s behavior and may be held accountable for any damage or loss caused by their child’s actions.
- Academic Policies a. Students must complete all assigned coursework, projects, and assessments to the best of their abilities. b. The school will provide appropriate educational support and opportunities for academic growth, but the ultimate responsibility for a student’s learning and performance lies with the student and their parents/guardians. c. The school reserves the right to retain or promote students based on their academic progress and performance.
- Health and Safety a. Parents/guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information about their child, including any allergies, conditions, or special needs. b. The school will take reasonable measures to ensure the health and safety of all students, but cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur. c. In case of a medical emergency, the school will make every effort to contact the parents/guardians and provide appropriate medical care.
- Intellectual Property and Media a. All educational materials, curricula, and intellectual property belong to Shempark Public School (CBSE) and may not be reproduced or distributed without the school’s written permission. b. The school may use photographs, videos, or other media featuring students for educational, promotional, or documentary purposes, unless the parents/guardians expressly opt-out in writing.
- Amendments a. Shempark Public School (CBSE) reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. b. Any changes will be communicated to the school community, and the updated terms and conditions will be made available on the school’s website.
